CAFOD assembly celebrates the Light of the World

CAFOD will be holding its Light of the World national assembly this Thursday, 10 December. Jane Crone invites you to join in.

Why not join with students around England and Wales to pray and reflect during CAFOD’s Advent National Assembly for schools?

We are all busy getting ready for Christmas. This year we may not be able to visit  all our family and friends and spend time in each other’s houses. Despite this we can look forward to the coming of Jesus – the Light of the World – at Christmas.

CAFOD’s National Assembly – The Light of the World – will be premiered on Thursday 10 December and will be available to watch on the CAFOD You Tube Channel  afterwards.

The primary assembly starts at 9.30am and the secondary assembly at 10am. In them you can meet people from around the world who have spread light and hope this year and reflect on how we can share the light of Jesus to help make Christmas special for everyone.

The assembly is a great resource for schools, home learners and anyone who would like to reflect with CAFOD. Join us and tune in by clicking HERE.

Teachers and home educators are invited to send photos of their students watching the assembly to me at jcrone@cafod.org.uk. Consent for photos is required.
