Day of Prayer for Engaged Couples: Sunday February 11

Rite of Election: Sunday February 18, 3pm, St John’s Cathedral Norwich. For all Catechumens and Candidates being baptised and confirmed at Easter.

Diocesan Pilgrimage to Walsingham: Monday May 6, 12 noon to 4.30pm. One of the major annual events of the year in the life of the Diocese. National Shrine, Walsingham

Ordination to the Priesthood: Saturday May 18, 11.30am, St John’s Cathedral, Norwich

Annual Celebration of Priesthood: Thursday May 23, 10.30am for 11am start, White House, Poringland.

Diocesan Children’s Pilgrimage to Walsingham: Tuesday May 28, 12 noon to 4.30pm at National Shrine, Walsingham.

Diocesan Marriage and Family Life Mass: Saturday June 1, 11.30am, St John’s Cathedral, Norwich. Mass for couples celebrating special wedding anniversaries.

Altar Servers Mass and BBQ: Saturday July 20, 11.30am, St John’s Cathedral, Norwich, followed by a barbeque.

Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes: August 23-30

Dowry of Mary Pilgrimage: Sunday September 1, 12 noon – 4.30pm, National Shrine, Walsingham.

Meeting of the Retired Priests of the Diocese: Thursday September 19, 10.30am coffee, 11.30am Mass at Our Lady of the Annunciation, Poringland.

Annual Gathering of Deacons, wives and students and wives in formation for the Diaconate: Saturday Oct 12, St John’s Cathedral, Mass at 11.30am and buffet lunch.
