The Parish of Sacred Heart and St Oswald in Peterborough is inviting people to participate in a prayerful walk on Sunday June 30, carrying the relics of St Jacinta and St Francisco of Fatima.
An outdoor Mass will be celebrated at 12 noon at Sacred Heart School in Peterbourough. The Mass and walk will feature the relics of St Jacinta and St Francisco of Fatima, along with the Statue of Our Lady of Fatima, which will be carried during the walk. The walk will commence at The Parish of Sacred Heart and St Oswald, and proceed to Sacred Heart School. Participants are expected to gather at 10.45am.
In addition to Sunday’s activities, the church will be open on Saturday from 1pm until Sunday at 10am. Parishioners and visitors are welcome to pray the rosary and venerate the relics during this time.
