Introduction:

If you have recently had contact with the Diocese of East Anglia Safeguarding Team, as a victim or survivor or as a member of their family or friend; a member of clergy, curial staff, professional or laity; or  indeed in any other capacity, then we would be really grateful for any feedback that you can give us. This is so that we can reflect on what we have done well, what we have not done so well, or otherwise, and improve our services. We hope that you are able to spare some time to complete this feedback form and we would really appreciate it.  You do not have to provide your contact details but if you would like to and would like a follow up call from the diocesan Safeguarding Team, then that’s absolutely fine.
